Welcome to Through It All Counseling! I’m Cristina Yturralde, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Brainspotting Consultant. My passion is helping children, teens, adults, and families find healing and resilience through play therapy, Brainspotting, and holistic counseling.

Using a holistic, mind-body-spirit approach, I integrate advanced therapeutic techniques—including Brainspotting, Play Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, and Family Systems Therapy—to create a safe space for healing, resilience, and growth.
